Jio and Airtel works fine .

We have wifi which works well but being remote area it slows down or stop some timen , but Jio dongles work on speed of 15 MBS .

Early Check out : If your check out is early around 6 am then one

of our staff members can help you with luggage .

kindly do let know atleast 2 hrs before check in for Lunch .

latest Lunch served is 3 pm

NO DRIVER ACCOMMODATION

We do not Cater drivers .

There is accommodation which is 1 km away .To be paid

directley by Driver or Guest

500 rs for dorm and 1000 rs for room .

Meals Time

Breakfast- 8.30 to 10.30 am

Lunch - 2 to 3.30 pm

Snacks Order - 4.30 pm

Dinner - 8.30 to 10 pm

House Rules

1. We are based in Ecozone of Unesco world heritage site, Enjoy

music of Birds and river sound .We dont allow loud music in any form .

After 10 pm even soft music or playing music in rooms on speaker is not allowed .You can use your headphones .

As it do not only disturb your neighbors but also disturbs flora and fauna of the place .

.Specially in eve at bonn fire .light Music and Live music is

most welcome only till 10 pm .

Shouting or whistling is not allowed .

2. Any kind of music played on device needs to be stopped by 10

pm if you are playing in your rooms or Headphones to be used .

Music is not allowed in any open area .

In Rooms also Music needs to be turned off at 10 PM .

3.Carry your House Slippers..

Strict Don't

1. Drugs in any form Soft or Hard not allowed in Premises.

2. Non Smoking - Our Whole cottage is wooden so for your

safety and ours we request our guest Not to smoke inside

rooms .

Avoid going deep into rivers .

Avoid taking selfies standing on Rocks as you loose Balance.

Please don't drink in river as Tirthan river is holy .

please do not shout and specially Whistle in this area as Whistle

is used in case of emergency in Villages .It's one of fastest way

of communication in Villages .

Keep eye on Kids while you are near River .

We Have 2 dogs who are very friendly.

they stay in house and are free to roam around.

Toiletries :

We only provide Soap and Shampoo , Towels in Toiletries.

There are no shampoo pouches or Brush and paste etc in

Bathroom .

kindly carry your own .

Electricity Back up :

Being a remote area, Electricity is bit of problem sometimes .

incase it's long cut ..Hot water is provided by local Heating

system and can take bit of time .

Cancelation Policy :

No cancelation in any form will be entertained from 7 dates of

check in .

VERY IMPORTANT

No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed

meals,

transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service.

Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability

at the

time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your

confirmation.

PHOTOGRAPHS ARE FOR REFRENCE ONLY .PLEASE DONT TAKE IT AS ROOM ALLOTED .

Mud house has 5 rooms .

Stone house has 9 rooms .

No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the

hotel were not

up to your expectations, it will be considered on a case to case

basis

2. If you have booked for particular date and you want to chout in between full payment needs to be made for all booked

dates .

3. Cancellation between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival: 50%

retention.

Cancellation received 14 days prior to arrival: 100% retention.

Please be advised Cancellation upon Arrival/ No-show/ Early

Departure/ Change of Dates/ Partial Cancellation i.e. Reduction

of accommodation booked will be treated as Cancellation.
